This Netizen Rants About the Bad Service Provided by PLDT and Pinoy Telco Companies: “P**angina niyong lahat!”
The Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Company is arguably the biggest and most popular telecommunications and digital service provider in the country. It has a total net income of 15.9 billion pesos.
It is currently being headed by Manuel V. Pangilinan, who is its Chairman and President. It is also one of the most famous internet service providers, topping other telco companies. They used to just offer telephone communication services but nowadays, they provide different internet service packages fit for both residential and business ventures.
Despite its popularity, the telco company has received its fair share of negative press. Usually, most users report inconsistent internet connections in their houses. Sometimes, even business companies receive bad service as well.
Apart from that, PLDT often has a poor customer service response rate. If you’re lucky, it would only take you around 3-5 days to have your internet or phone line fixed.
Facebook user Raffy Gutierrez aired out his complaints about the poor services of PLDT and uploaded the video on the social media. His description was: “Para sa PLDT at mga Filipino Telcos: P**ANG INA NINYONG LAHAT!”
What was the reason for his outburst? He wrote:
“Ang topic ko ngayon ay ‘yung kap*tahan ng PLDT. Wala nang kasing hayop ‘yang kompanya na ‘yan. Isipin niyo, ilang dekada na kaming customer ng p**anginang kompanya na ‘yan. ‘Di ba?”
“Gaano ka walang hiya, gaano kahayop. Saan ka nakakita… ng plan, dahil ‘yung plan na binabayaran mo, sobrang mahal na. ‘Yung binabayaran namin ‘yung 38950 mbps… pero doon sa magda-dalawangt-taon naming sinubscribe ‘yung plan na ‘yan, ni minsan hindi lumampas ng 14 mbps download.”
He appealed to netizens to share his video so that others would be aware, particularly PLDT employees. He said: “Please share hanggang makita ng lanat ng mga P**ANG INANG PLDT at mga TELCO natin. Lalo na yung leader nila na puro blowj*b lang inaatupag.”
He continued his rant in his video’s comments section and said the following:
“Ang sa akin lang naman maging tapat kayo at huwag suwakaw. Okay lang putulan ng linya pag lampas isa o dalawang linggo na di naka bayad. Pero isang araw?”
“P**ang ina. Mali yan. Tapos kung sinabi ninyong 15 Mbps huwag 13 or 14, dapat 15. At yung DSL modem ninyo parang galing sa bangketa ng mga daga sa Timbuktu. Tapos alam pa ng marami na kaya naman ninyong ibigay yung mas mabilis na speed pero ipinagdadamot pa ninyo diba?”
“So update lang po: May tumawag VP mismo ng PLDT para tulungan ako. Kailangan pang umabot sa ganito? Nagpapasalamat ako na inaksyunan ng isang nakatataas sa liderato ng PLDT pero simpleng tanong lang. Bakit hindi ninyo gawing tapat ang serbisyo ninyo?”
